This is a fantastic lamp, and it got instant praise the moment I turned it on. I put 2 power effective 15 watt bulbs in it (rated the identical brightness as a 60 watt conventional bulb), and it lights up the complete room. It has a floor switch that tends to make turning it on and off really simple. I'd like it extra if it was taller, but the height is correct from the description.
I purchased this to add a tiny twist to my environment. Great low lighting, not incredibly bright but bright enough for a television room.
